Begin your morning with a coffee to go from The Winey Cow, setting the perfect tone for a day focused on well-being and success.

Inspiration from Belinda Norton:

Before we embark on our walk, we’ll hear from Belinda Norton, a celebrated wellness advocate, who will share insights on how prioritising your health and well-being can amplify your success in all areas of life.

Energising Walk:

We’ll then head out for a rejuvenating 45-minute walk along the stunning coastline, designed to clear your mind, invigorate your body, and connect with like-minded women.

Return for Breakfast:

After the walk, we’ll return to The Winey Cow where you can choose to continue the conversation over a self-paid breakfast, strengthening the bonds you’ve made during the walk.
